Refund policy

At NUMI KOREA, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. By placing an order on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

⏱️ Order Cancellation Policy

Because many of our products are sourced or prepared specifically upon order:

  • Cancellations are only allowed within 12 hours of purchase
  • A 5% cancellation fee will be deducted from the total amount
  • After 12 hours, or once processing has started, cancellations are no longer guaranteed

❗ Important:

  • Pre-order, fashion, beauty, and custom-sourced items cannot be canceled or refunded under any circumstances once processing begins
  • By placing an order, you agree to wait for fulfillment and delivery timelines
  • Requests such as “I changed my mind” or “it’s taking too long” will not be accepted as valid cancellation reasons

📦 Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items are shipped only when all items in the order are ready
  • Orders containing pre-order items will not be partially shipped
  • Unexpected delays may occur due to production or supply conditions
  • By purchasing pre-order items, you agree to wait until stock is secured and ready

🔄 Return Window

  • Return requests must be made within 14 days of delivery
  • Requests must be submitted via: annyeong@numikorea.com
  • Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted

Return Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Must include original packaging, tags, and contents
  • Must be accompanied by proof of purchase

💸 Return Costs & Fees

  • Return shipping costs are fully the customer’s responsibility
  • Any applicable taxes, customs duties, or fees are also the customer’s responsibility
  • A $10 handling/restocking fee will be deducted from the refund

🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Cases

Returns, refunds, or reshipments will not be provided if:

  • Delivery fails due to incorrect address provided by the customer
  • Customer is unavailable for delivery
  • Customs clearance fails due to missing information
  • Customs duties or taxes are unpaid
  • Package is refused by the customer

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • Must be reported within 3 days of delivery
  • Clear photo/video evidence is required
  • Claims submitted after this period may not be accepted

🚷 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Beauty & personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
  • Fashion items worn or used
  • Customized or made-to-order products
  • Pre-order items (once processing has begun)
  • Final sale items or gift cards

🎧 K-Pop Products Disclaimer

Due to the nature of K-pop merchandise:

  • Minor defects, manufacturing variations, or missing inclusions may occur
  • Especially for limited-edition or event-exclusive items, replacements or refunds may not be possible
  • Some issues can only be identified after opening and are outside NUMI KOREA’s control

👗 Fashion & Beauty Disclaimer

  • Colors and textures may vary depending on screen settings
  • Minor imperfections or manufacturer variations are not considered defects
  • Items such as dust bags or packaging are included only if provided by the manufacturer
  • Unlisted extras (stickers, inserts, etc.) may vary or not be included

🔁 Exchanges

  • We do not offer direct exchanges
  • If needed, return the item and place a new order after approval

💳 Refund Timeline

  • Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified
  • Approved refunds are processed within 10 business days
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider
